The upcoming beta event for Battlefield: Hardline is said to be scheduled for February 3. This is in light of an email sent to YouTube account holders by Ronku, an EA sponsorship program that pays to gain game coverage through various assignments.
“In case you haven’t heard, the beta for Battlefield: Hardline goes live on February 3rd and there will be both a YouTube and Twitch assignment for this beta launch,” reads part of the mail. More details on these assignments have been promised to YouTube account holders next week.
It’s speculated on the web that many popular YouTube celebrities are already playing the game and recording footage, that will be uploaded for viewers as soon as the beta launches. In any case, the proposed date isn’t that far off and we’ll only have to wait a couple of days at the most to hear the official word from Visceral Games.
Earlier today, several images surfaced that are supposedly pulled from the loading screen files. The images are from a variety of maps, including Bank Job, Derailed and Dust Bowl.
Battlefield: Hardline is just a couple of days away from its official release, after having been delayed from a late 2014 schedule in view of the community’s feedback. Visceral Games has been closely working with suggestions from fans and early testers. This is what any developer should be aiming for upcoming AAA titles.
