A new trailer for Life is Strange gives us a look at some of its gameplay elements and delving into the “Butterfly Effect.”
In Life is Strange, players can rewind time and change the past, present and future in accordance to their choices and the ultimate consequences. As Max, you must uncover the disturbing truth behind your premonitions and learn that changing the past can sometimes lead to a devastating future.
The first episode of Life is Strange will release on January 30 for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC. In total there are going to be five episodes, with each releasing in corresponding months.
Each episode will be priced at $4.99 / £3.99, while the game’s Season Pass will set you back $16.99 / £13.99. Owners of the Season Pass will get access to all the episodes, except the first one.
This is strange, since Season Passes usually feature the first episode, at least. In any case, Square Enix is offering a Complete Season Pack that will include all five episodes and which will cost $19.99 / £15.99.
