Sony has revealed what titles it will be bringing to PlayStation Plus members in January as part of its Instant Game Collection program.
Rumors had been swirling earlier this month, suggesting that Sony had something special planned for the first month of the new year. It has been confirmed now that the company will be offering inFamous: First Light on the PlayStation 4 for free for all PlayStation Plus subscribers.
The standalone prequel to inFamous: Second Son features Abigail Walker, a young conduit in the D.U.P.’s custody in their prison Curdun Cay. While First Light might not necessarily feature the same storyline experience as that of Second Son, it still is something everyone should check out on their consoles.
Additionally, PlayStation 4 users will also be getting The Swapper, a pretty great indie puzzler with loads of brain twisters.
On the PlayStation 3, Sony has confirmed the availability of Prototype 2 and Duck Tales Remastered. PlayStation Vita on the other hand will be graced with Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition and Whoa Dave.
In comparison, the month of December offered Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition (PS4), Secret Ponchos (PS4), Hitman HD Trilogy (PS3), Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut (PS3), Final Horizon (PS Vita) and Titan Attacks! (PS Vita; cross-buy with PS4, PS3).
