The PC version of GTA V is now into its “final stages” of development and fans can expect Rockstar Games to reveal the system requirements soon.
“We’re presently in the final stages of development on the PC version of Grand Theft Auto V and hope to have confirmed official system requirements to share soon here at the Newswire,” wrote Rockstar in an official Q&A. “Please stay tuned for that to be announced in the coming week.”
The company also expressed how its excited to be bringing GTA V, with its new features, to the PC gaming community. The windows port will add a first-person perspective that can be toggled on the fly, along with a slew of other improvements and additions that differ the game from its last-gen counterparts.
The game has already been released on the PS4 and Xbox One, making the PC release the last one on the list. It is scheduled for release in January and so we could most probably see the developer releasing the system specifications early next month. Either that, or someone’s decided to stick back during the holidays and will post the requirements in the next week.
Those who already have a character progression on a console can utilize the game’s transfer mechanism to carry forward their save files to the PC version.
GTA V looks all set for a release on January 27 for the PC.
