The diamond heist that is set to become a part of PayDay 2 next week has received a new trailer showcasing the origins of diamonds, which features darkness, murders, battles and more.
However, you don’t have to worry about the history of how diamonds came into being; you just need to focus on stealing them and safely getting away.
As of now, we just know that the Diamond Heist will be the most difficult job that you will do in the game and it will take place in the privately owned skyscraper.
The 22nd floor of the Garnet Group Skyscraper holds $20 Million in diamonds, owned by Mr. Nathan Garnet. The top three floor all have high tech security systems and trigger happy guards. Luckily for us, there’s also some “celebration” in progress.
If we can get to all the alarm boxes without being detected, the vault will open and will relieve Mr. Garnet of his wealth without firing a single shot.
The players of PayDay 2 will know that completing a heist without firing a single shot requires a whole lot of team work, which doesn’t happen as often as it should.
Apart from the new diamond heist, trailer reveals that PayDay 2 will also be getting a new crew member named as Clover.
Overkill Software has refused to share any more information regarding the heist at this point because they want the players to go in and experience it all by themselves.
The Diamond Heist will make its way to PayDay 2 on coming Tuesday, December 16.
