Elite: Dangerous Launch Trailer Shows Cinematic Dogfights
Elite: Dangerous is scheduled to come out on coming Tuesday and to hype up the fans for the title, Frontier Developments has released a launch trailer, which doesn’t show actual gameplay but still manages to pique the interest.
In the cinematic trailer attached above, you will see some incredible dogfights between space crafts, some crazy action and a nice soundtrack.
The team has taken its sweet time with development, and from what we have seen thus far, it looks quite impressive.
The project was initially brought to Kickstarter back in 2012, where it got great response from the fans and was successfully funded.
Basic premise of Elite: Dangerous will be similar to the previous games, as you will start with a spaceship accompanied by a small amount of cash.
You will then be able to explore the vast universe of the game, where you will be performing different activities including bounty hunting, piracy and assassinations.
Do note that constant interaction with the community is a must, as the developers revealed that there will be no offline single player campaign in the game because that will ruin the gameplay altogether.
PC players will be able to get their hands on Elite: Dangerous starting Tuesday, whereas Mac version will come out three months later (sometime in February or March).
