After the release of highly successful Bravely Default, Square Enix revealed that a new entry called Bravely Second is in development, and today they have announced that fans will be able to dive into the game starting April 23, 2015.
The release date is only for the Japan though, but hopefully it will make its way to other regions soon after the initial release.
Apart from announcing the release date, Square Enix has revealed a new collector’s edition that will cost 14,800 Yen.
This edition will feature a Pope Agnes Special-Make Mini Figurine, Magnolia rubber strap, a mini soundtrack on CD, a code to unlock in-game content, and a novel and an art book called Bravely Default 200 Years Later: Shrine Maiden of the Wind Edea Oblige.
The collector’s edition goodies may vary depending upon the retailer you choose but most of the stuff will remain the same.
However, if you are not interested in these goodies then you can get your hands on the standard edition of the game that will cost you 5980 Yen.
You can get more details on the game’s standard and collector’s edition at Square Enix Store Japan.
Bravely Second will take place several years after the events of the first title but will be set in the same universe.
Furthermore, it will only feature a single player campaign which just like before, will take you on some memorable adventures.
Japanese fans will be able to get their hands on the Bravely Second demo starting tomorrow, whereas full release as mentioned before will be on April 23, 2015.
