CD Projekt RED is still not done with its reveals for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
Responding to a fan on Twitter who asked if there is more information incoming for the game, the developer responded: “Yes, more information & coolness coming soon. Lots to talk about before launch.”
In the past months we have seen developer diaries informing us of how much work was put in when creating the environments. We also have seen extensive developer interviews talking about lore and bestiary. An uncut gameplay video also showed us Geralt tracking down a wounded Griffon and fighting against drowners.
We were also treated to the city of Novigrad, a massive city that measures 72,25 square km and features around a thousand citizens, each living their daily lives. Lastly we were hit with the game’s opening cinematic which looked lovely.
So what more is there to reveal? Surely CD Projekt RED has done enough teasers and shouldn’t spoil the game more for us. The developer seemingly doesn’t thinks so. There’s more to reveal and more to remind us why we should be pre-ordering the game.
Speculation of a new gameplay trailer during The Game Awards tonight is on the rise. We’ll see if that happens. The Game Awards will be aired live starting at 9PM EST tonight.
