People have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of Game Awards 2014, where they hope to see some big titles that will come to their favorite platforms in 2015 and beyond.
However, Xbox marketing head, Aaron Greenberg has tweeted that Microsoft has no plans to announce anything at the upcoming event.
Since many have asked we are not planning any new game announcements @thegameawards. Looking forward to watching a great show however

The news will certainly come as a disappointment to a lot of fans, who were hoping to get some news regarding the future of Xbox One.
Now Microsoft’s console users will have to settle with any third party title that may get a world premiere this Friday.
Sony on the other hand is looking to dominate this weekend, as they are looking to showcase new footage of both upcoming PS4 exclusives Bloodborne and The Order: 1886 at Game Awards 2014, and the very next day, PlayStation Experience event will be held, where a lot of upcoming games will be available to try out along with some new announcements.
Both of these events are set to take place in Las Vegas, and it seems that there will be a ton of new stuff headed to the Sony fans.
