The upcoming entry in the popular series Yakuza Zero: The Place of Oath has received a new gameplay video showcasing the streets of Kamurocho and Soutenbori.
In the video, you will see infamous Kazuma Kiryu taking a stroll down the streets, as the beautiful buildings and lightning are shown in the backdrop.
It also takes you down in the alleys, and I have to say that the level of detail in the environments is looking much better compared to previous titles.
In final part of the video, second protagonist Goro Majima is shown taking a long walk throughout the city. Both Majima and Kazuma have made regular appearances in the franchise but this will be the first time we get to play as Majima Goro.
Yakuza Zero: The Place of Oath will take you back into 1988. You will witness the rise of both protagonists and see the events unfold which led to the story of the first Yakuza title.
To get an idea of what the story is all about, check out this 15-minute gameplay video.
Yakuza Zero: The Place of Oath is slated for release in Japan on March 12, 2015 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. However, there’s still no word from Sega whether this title will be making its way out of the country or not.
