Ubisoft’s embargo finally lifted a couple of hours ago for Assassin’s Creed: Unity and here is a reviews round-up from the web.
Assassin’s Creed: Unity was said to be developed from the ground-up just for the current-gen consoles and boasts a new engine that supports large crowds, larger than anything seen in previous installments.
However, amongst all the hype, many players from both sides of the fence – PS4 and Xbox One – are reporting of atrocious frame rates. The game is said to dip down to below 20 frames-per-second among crowds, and has a hard time remaining constant at the 30 mark.
The technical issues span across to the PC version as well, but the Windows platform is already accustomed to such treatment from Ubisoft, and so it isn’t a big deal.
