Rockstar Games has today officially released the launch trailer for GTA V, a whole week ahead of its scheduled release on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Posting on its website, the developer also mentioned that the same trailer would make its way to TV later this week.
GTA V was released on last-gen consoles last year and was this year announced for the next-gen hardware and PC. The game has already shipped more than 34 million copies on the PS3 and Xbox 360 and with the new upcoming release, expect these numbers to fly even further off the board.
GTA V is currently available for pre-orders and doing so will net you a bonus $1,000,000 of in-game currency to spend in the game. That figure is divided equally between both modes – $500,000 each for the story mode and GTA Online.
Those who already own GTA V can upgrade their versions to receive a large range of exclusive in-game benefits.
GTA V will release next week for the PS4 and Xbox One and is confirmed to run in 1080p/30fps on both consoles. The PC version will release next year in January and will support 4K resolutions. The overhauled new version comes with plenty of new content and visual improvements, including increased Draw distances, better HUDs, even better textures, and more.
