We have been into the release of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare for more or less 24 hours but the game has already hit problems on both the major platforms i.e. Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
We have picked up reports that some of the COD fans who have purchased the game on PlayStation 4 are facing issues when playing. The manufacturers have also confirmed that the preloading of the game might have been the reason or the problems.
The said preload was started by Sony last week where everyone who preordered Advanced Warfare had been allowed to predownload and preload the game so that they could play it as soon as the Day Zero Edition was launched.
PlayStation Knowledge Center has addressed the problem saying that they will be able to fix the issue by deleting the preloaded files and redownloading the game again.
As far as the Xbox One version of the game is concerned, people are facing online issues which Microsoft has talked about on the website’s support page:
Are you running into issues using the 14-day Xbox Live Gold trial you received with the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare bundle? We’re hard at work trying to get this fixed right now. Thanks for your patience while we work and feel free to check back here in 30 minutes for an update.
