Publisher Paradox Interactive is a fan of providing long-term content to a lot of its titles and its strategy games in particular. Therefore, it’s only logical that we were going to see downloadable content (DLC) like Wrath of the Nagas come to Warlock 2: The Exiled.
Wrath of the Nagas is available now on Steam and other digital platforms. It’s the first expansion to the fantasy 4X conquest title.
This addition sets up a new campaign with an equally new, titular race. Nagas specialize in using water to their advantage, building their structures mostly in aquatic locations.
Naturally the race comes with its own units and such, but there will also be two new mages, namely Sfeno and Rhin-gaa-rook. Additionally, new lords in the form of an Ace Harpy or a Secret Physician can be chosen or encountered as well.
Along with Wrath of the Nagas, several other DLC packs have popped up on Steam. Each is available for an additional €4.99.
Two of these bundles contain new lords, while others provide more mages or spells. Hopefully, this satiates the lust for additional content for a while though, because all those paid tidbits add up after a while.
Warlock 2: The Exiled expands on the model that its original release started. At first, the magical conquest title provided a much less management-heavy take on the genre, though it has somewhat adjusted to more complexity now.
Wrath of the Nagas can be bought for $14.99 or a completely unequal €14.99 if you happen to be European.
