Halo: The Master Chief Collection is now open for pre-orders from the official Microsoft Store and participating retailers.
Posting on the official Xbox blog, Microsoft said that the Halo franchise has sold more than sixty million units where players have amassed over six billion hours of game-time through Xbox Live.
With the original titles returning in this bundle as overhauled versions, it’s only befitting for fans to experience them once again. It goes without saying that the Halo: The Master Chief Collection is a massive release for the Xbox One this year.
Both sides who have previously played the games and those who haven’t will be picking up this bundle, which is a great addition to any library. Halo: The Master Chief Collection will be coming to Xbox One on November 11. Pre-ordering the game now will allow you to pre-download it and be ready for launch day.
A couple of days back 343 Industries revealed that the game had gone gold. It also mentioned that the game will take 45 GB of your hard disk space upon initial installation, and apart from that, the collection will also receive a 20 GB patch on day one.
That’s 75 GB of space you need to free up as soon as possible. It also makes more sense to pre-order the game now and download the massive 45 GB prior. Unless of course you’re more in favor of downloading the entire bundle on day one.
