Evolution Studios’ DriveClub is one of the biggest releases on Sony’s PS4 this year and fans who were waiting for this racing simulator title since last year were excited to finally get their hands on it.
But, since its release, the game has faced server load issues and a number of players have not been able to experience the multiplayer and social features of the game yet.
Thankfully, the team at Evolution Studios is working hard to ensure this problem is fixed. Paul Rustchynsky shared the news of update 1.03 going live on twitter and stated that it “Implements several game-side fixes to reduce server load.” “This will help us resolve the online issues.”
Apart from game-side fixes in order to reduce server load, update 1.03 further fixes the following the issues:
1: Fixes an issue that may cause Clubs to become corrupted
2: Fixes out of memory crashes due to multiple large avatars in the friends list.
3: Fixes occasional game-side crashes when uploading large amounts of progress data.
Has the update helped fix the issue? Or are you still not able to enjoy the multiplayer portion of DriveClub? Let us know in the comments below!
