You may have already come across a number of gameplay footages of Assassin’s Creed Unity but this one is new, and it shows how important at least one feature could be for the game i.e. smoke bombs!
In the trailer above, you will see that Arno makes use of the smoke bombs to get rid of enemies instead of fighting them when they are excessive in number. Not just that, you can even stand aloof and drop smoke bombs on strategically important spots to create a cover for your friends as well.
From the looks of it, smoke bombs could be a very reliable way to pass through the game.
Moving on, the trailer also shows you added navigational abilities of Arno. We see him making moves that sounded impossible in the previous iterations – like, stepping over gargoyles to launch forward.
Moving on, the trailer gets to the part about combat sequences where the protagonist and his teammates are taking down larger number of enemies thanks to coordination that looks more than beautiful. Oh and after killing a guard you can also loot him (that’s an enlightenment, right? :)).
For those who are interested (I am guessing that is almost everyone), Assassin’s Creed Unity is slated for a release to Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on November 11 in North America, November 13 in PAL region and finally on December 4 in Japan.
