If I remember correctly, the first thing that I did in every Assassin’s Creed game up to now was to reach the top of towers/structures and complete View Points in every region.
An oddly familiar feeling of reminiscence came rushing forward as I climbed my first Forge Tower in Monolith Productions’ Action RPG, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor.
Each and every area in the game contains Forge Towers. These semi-demolished ancient structures transform into vivid white towers as Talion approaches them. He can climb these towers and approach the anvil placed at the top. After reaching the anvil, you can press R1/RB to make Talion reforge the entire tower.
Now, I cannot put enough stress on the importance of reforging these towers. When reforged, Talion can use these towers as teleport stations to fast travel to other towers. Unless, you have played the game and died merciless at the hand of gruesome creatures, you will not grasp the importance of this.
This is not all what these towers do. Similar to View Points, reforging these towers will let you find new missions and every collectible (Ithildins and artifacts) within that region of the in-game world. So make sure that you reforge these towers as soon as possible.
