Skyhold In Dragon Age: Inquisition is More Than Just a Home-Base

By   /   Sep 15, 2014

It was revealed before that the upcoming RPG Dragon Age: Inquisition is going to have its own home-base called Skyhold which will be completely customizable.

Now, some more information regarding this home-base has been shared by the developers as they have mentioned that Skyhold will contain a tavern, a dungeon, a library, a vault, a kitchen, rookery, a garden and a lot more.

These locations will come in handy in different ways, but the main room is called the throne room, where you will have to make some very important decisions that will impact the game’s story in a big way. All of the decisions may not seem much at the point of making, but in a long run they might come back to haunt you.

Furthermore, this throne room will have all your party members where you will be able to talk about the plans for the upcoming missions.

The look of the Skyhold can be changed by the players as well, as you will be able to decorate the place with Murals to celebrate the accomplishments. The decoration can also be done with trophies and artifacts that players have collected on their travel around the country of Ferelden.

Skyhold will have a feel like your spaceship in Mass Effect series, where every single member of your party was available and could be engaged in conversation at any point of time.

Bioware promises that only Skyhold will keep you busy for a large number of hours, when Dragon Age: Inquisition launches for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC on 18th of November.
