Left 4 Dead 2 Uncensored Version Gets Approved in Australia

By   /   Sep 2, 2014

Good news for the people in Australia, as Valve has re-submitted the Left 4 Dead 2 uncensored version to Australian Classification Board and this time they have approved it and has given it a rating of R18+.

The game did release for the country in 2010, but due to all the censoring from ACB, it really didn’t live up to its mark. However, now the players who missed the real fun of the game can try it out once again and play the original uncensored version of the title.

The Australian Classification Board is quite strict as they don’t allow the violent games to be released in the country and due to this reason, a lot of developers have to put extra work into the game so that Australian people will get to play the game.

However, since the inclusion of R18+ rating in 2013, more games are releasing in the country without any issue, but Saints Row 4 and South Park: The Stick of Truth Australian versions were changed so that the sensitive stuff is removed from them.

Left 4 Dead 2 re-submission is certainly an admirable act from Valve and it will surely attract many fans of the game, who missed out on the experience because of the restrictions.

What do you think of this re-submission of Left 4 Dead 2?
