New Dragon Age Inquisition Romance Option Accidently Leaked by Producer

We are finally closing in on the release date of Dragon Age Inquisition; and despite the countless rumors, confirmations and leaks covered by us about the game, there still seems to be a lot that we don’t know.

For instance, it took a leak right from the game’s producer for us to find out about yet another romance option in the title.

Mark Darrah, of BioWare who is the series producer for Dragon Age Inquisition let it slip on his official Twitter account that Solas an elf mage companion who is supposed to fight beside the player will also be one of the eight romance options that the game will bring.

Out of the eight romance options we had only been told about six, including Solas we are left with only one more option that has been kept under veil even now.

Coming back to the leak, while Darrah tweeted the information in error, he came back to reconfirm the news and that he had thought the information had already been made public. He even went on to joke that as the release date draws nearer chances of him slipping up again would increase.

He also confirmed that Solas isn’t going to be as easy to get as the others; he will only be drawn towards a female elf inquisitor – and nothing else.

Dragon Age Inquisition is being developed for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC and it will be unleashed onto the North American region on November 18, 2014; the European Union will get it by November 21, 2014. Do you plan on romancing Solas despite the choosy nature of the character?
