It’s been a year since the release of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn and Square Enix are celebrating its first anniversary with “The Rising” event.

During the event, players can earn the “Huzzah” emote by completing a small quest chain found in the town of Limsa Lominsa.

There are other gifts and goodies available here as well from vendors like fireworks champagne bottles that can be used in celebration, two extra limited-time minions Wind-up Minfilia and Wind-up Thancred, and other items such as Realm Reborn Red and Magicked Prism (Meteor Survivor).

The Rising takes place from Wednesday, August 27 at 1:00 a.m. to Monday, September 8 at 7:59 a.m. (PDT). For more information you can check out the official website.

However, that’s not the only event in celebration of the game’s first anniversary. The second event sees to the return of Lightning and runs from September 1 to 10.

“The dazzling heroine returns to Eorzea once more,” reads the official announcement on the PlayStation Blog, “and with her she brings several evildoers from her own world, which you have the honor to banish again.”

Participating and completing the quests here will earn you new weapons and costumes themed around the FFXIII heroes.

Square Enix has promised more events to come in celebration, details of which will be released later.
