Blizzard Entertainment has been keeping a close eye to the ongoing beta for World Of Warcraft expansion, Warlords Of Draenor and have been making tweaks and changes to the upcoming content.
The Expansion’s August 27 Patch notes have revealed some big and interesting changes made to the Hunter class. According to the patch notes, so far Hunters lacked a strong distinction between different specializations. Which means that Hunter specializations all had rotations that felt rather similar, with Survival and Marksmanship having the most blurred identities.
“Hunters were also some of the most afflicted by button bloat. To address these problems, we opted to make changes to each specialization’s rotation, primarily through removing abilities, and making some of them unique to each spec.”
The Marksmanship Hunters will no longer have Arcane shots and the talent thrill is getting a change as well to “preserve its value to Marksmanship Hunters.
Furthermore, Hunter’s mark in addition to aspect of the Hawk have been removed and kill shot is no longer available to survival Hunters. There is a long list of changes and tweaks ranging from Marksmanship changes, survival changes and Hunter Pet abilities. You can check out the full details in the Patch notes here.
Warlords Of Draenor is currently in beta and is set to launch on November 13, 2014.
