I have always loved the combo that Mountain Dew makes with Doritos; however, this time they are adding another thing to the mix and that is Call of Duty Advanced Warfare.
When the game hits the markets, some of the regions will be provided with a chance to get exclusive in-game gear customized for Dew and Doritos.
Ashley Maidy who is the vice president of licensing and partnerships at Activision Publishing, Inc. said at the announcement of the partnership that iconic brands like these will make the gamers ‘fuel up and login’:
We’re thrilled to bring together with Call of Duty such iconic brands as Mountain Dew and Doritos in a compelling and fun way that benefits both of our respective communities. So, with the exclusive in-game gear waiting for DEW and Doritos consumers, gamers just need to fuel-up and login.
The Dew and Doritos exclusive gear is going to make its way to Call of Duty Advanced Warfare through the Supply Drops system.
However, in order to take part in it, people in the US will need to collect the codes from ‘specially marked packages’ of the products and then use those codes on www.DewandDoritos.com before February 15, 2015. This will unlock the gear in the game for you.
With the exclusive gear, you will be able to customize your character’s exoskeleton, heavy vest kit, helmets, goggles, boots and a lot more. That is not all, the participants will get a chance at Double XP and other supply rewards.
Last but not the least, each one of the code will let you enter into a contest for winning an Xbox One!
