Offscreen footage of both PS4 and Xbox One version of NBA 2K15 has emerged from GamesCom 2014 providing a pretty good comparison between the both versions.
The footage which is 7 minutes long shows just how much the visuals have improved on the current generation of consoles along with the fluidity of gameplay and player movements look even more realistic than before.
While the game looks almost equally appealing on both platforms, there is, however, one thing which I feel is off, or perhaps it’s just me. The crowd spectating the matches seems to be lifeless.
Even when players take shots, they don’t seem to be reacting at all or at least not as one would expect.
The only moments in which the crowd reacts is during the small replay bit after someone scores or tries to score but no real time reactions during the match.
It is also possible that the GamesCom footage is from an early build of the game so the final release might have a lot of improvements. In any case check out, the video and share your thoughts below.
NBA 2K15 is being developed by Visual Concepts and will be published by 2K Sports. The game is set to be released on October 7th for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC.
