Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare E3 Gameplay Demo Analysis – Another Titanfall?
The E3 demo of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare begins with US Marines invading Seoul, South Korea in a mission called Induction. The mission begins with a few US soldiers wearing exo-suits stuck in a plane.
The aircraft gets crashed to a building which clearly shows how drastically destruction elements have improved. Seeing the gameplay, I couldn’t help noticing that Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare has striking similarities to that of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Titanfall from Respawn Games.
From weapons, iron-sights, to building structures, everything looked like a mash-up of Titanfall and Halo. The game will also feature the ability to use environmental objects to protect yourself like ripping apart a car’s door to use as a Riot Shield.
Other than this, LASER Beam as a weapon is also shown. Other notable gameplay mechanics showed see-through Advanced UAV, ability to swap both Tactical and Lethal Grenades in your hand, and double jump.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will have all content first on Xbox One and is slated for a November release.
