Nintendo E3 2014 Press Conference Live Stream Time, Where to Watch and What to Expect

By   /   Jun 8, 2014

Just like last year, Nintendo has decided not to host a physical press conference during E3 and instead go for a digital presentation. After the end of digital presentation, Nintendo intends to hold in-depth game demos for its various titles on Nintendo TreeHouse.

Nintendo’s Digital Presentation is set to begin on Tuesday, 10th June at 9am PT. Nintendo TreeHouse streams will be on 3 days:

  • Tuesday, June 10th 11:35am to 4pm PT
  • Wednesday, June 11th 9:15am to 6pm PT
  • Thursday, June 12th 9:30am to 5pm PT

You can check out their streams at: Nintendo, Nintendo TreeHouse, Twitch, Gamespot

While it’s fairly certain the next Legend of Zelda game will not be playable this year, its highly likely Nintendo will be releasing a trailer or some info for the upcoming Wii U title during E3. Even if that is not the case, there is Hyrule Warriors to look forward to, a game which puts Link in the world of Dynasty Warriors. Best of both worlds right?

Super Smash Bros. Wii U is probably the biggest title Nintendo will be presenting at this E3, and everyone is excited for it. With the recent success of Mario Kart 8, Super Smash Bros. might exactly be what Nintendo needs in order to make Wii U a success.

A lot of new game details including characters and game modes can be expected. Best Buy even has a playable demo of it in many of its stores.

A playable demo for Bayonetta 2 will also be most probably available at E3 given how the game is releasing later this year. The same goes for Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, remakes of the GameBoy Advance classics Ruby and Sapphire.

Fingers crossed for news regarding the third rumored remake, Delta Emerald.

There is a mystery 3DS title in the works too, could it be the rumored Mario Maker whose images were leaked a few days ago? Personally I would love to design a level of Super Mario Bros. and make it as challenging as possible, but the reward would justify the hard work put in. No more “Our Princess is in another castle”

There are also rumors that Pokken Fighters might make an appearance at E3. Trademark for the title were filed by The Pokemon Company back in May so it’s possible that if not a demo we are at least treated to a teaser trailer.

Other titles which Nintendo fans really want to see include the next Metroid Prime game(it has been seven years since Metroid Prime 3!), Fatal Frame and Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem (a cross over which has been hinted at for quite a while now)
