There aren’t many MMOs that gain players’ interest with the graphics as well as gameplay but Sony’s Planetside 2 delivers both with perfection and has been widely appreciated by the players.
Sony plans to release this famous game on PlayStation 4 in 2014, but so far no confirm release date has been decided. However, to keep the fans excited for the release, a couple of new screenshots have been released that show the game in action on the Sony’s next-gen console.
Planetside 2 made its way to PC in 2012 and just like the previous game in the franchise, you have to take control of the territories in an open-world environment.
The battles in the game can support up to 2000 players per continent that includes the players on foot and in the vehicles.
The gameplay of Planetside 2 relies heavily on team-play and if you want to be victorious and keep your territories intact, then you will surely need to have a great co-ordination in your team.
Moreover, the game has a day/night cycle and you have to change your battle tactics in accordance to the time of day. Planetside 2 for PS4 will be available to play at E3 next month.
