Batman Arkham series from Rocksteady started a new era for the Batman games and after successfully releasing two blockbusters, there is a huge anticipation and popularity for the next game that is increasing with every passing day.
Batman: Arkham Knight will be Rocksteady’s last Arkham game, a direct follow up to the Batman: Arkham City. The actor Kevin Conroy who is lending his talent in voicing the ‘Batman’ has claimed that the next iteration in the series will blow your mind.
While talking in the Paley Center on ‘Batman at 75’ panel, he said:
I can get in so much trouble if I say anything about anything before it’s released,” said Conroy. “So I can’t say anything…except to say that Arkam Knight is going to blow your minds. We’ve been working on it for over a year and it’s still not done. And it’s massive and it’s an incredible story. How’s that for a tease?
So far we know that the open world from previous title will return and Batman will have the option of driving the Bat-mobile for the first time ever in a video game.
The biggest change coming to Batman: Arkham Knight has to be the exclusion of Joker who had been the focal point of every single game before. It is good because there are other great villains in comics who now have a chance to shine in the video game.
Batman: Arkham Knight will hit the shelves on 14th of October for the Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
