Following five months of its physical release, Beyond: Two Souls is now available digitally from the PlayStation Store.
Quantic Dream’s PlayStation 3 exclusive interactive drama was released last October solely on a disc. Even though the developer and publisher both revealed plans of making the game available digitally, it’s taken them that long to do so.
The digital version of Beyond: Two Souls will cost you £31.99/€39.99 and weighs in at a large 30GB file size. Those planning to download it will have to clear up some much needed space first.
The game is part of this week’s PlayStation Store update for the European region. It’s currently unknown if and when Sony plans to bring the game on the US division of the PlayStation Store.
Beyond: Two Souls follows Jodie Holmes, a young girl possessed by a ghost named Aiden who has been linked to her since birth. Holmes is able to channel the supernatural, making her a frighteningly powerful weapon for the military to use. Under the care of Nathan Dawkins, a researcher in the Department of Paranormal Activity, Holmes will start out on a journey to understand more about her existence, control her powers and try separate herself from Aiden’s hold.
