Battlefield 4 Naval Strike DLC for Xbox One Released After Delay, Finally

By   /   Mar 28, 2014

The delay of Battlefield 4 Naval Strike DLC for Xbox One has been received with much criticism.

After all it was one of the most talked about DLC for the game and people were quite upset when they didn’t get it on time. However, DICE is now rolling out the expansion pack to Microsoft’s latest console.

The post that previously announced the delay was updated by the developer saying:

“Battlefield 4 Naval Strike is starting to roll out for Premium members on Xbox One today. We look forward to seeing you on the Battlefield!”

This means that the premium users of Battlefield 4 on Xbox One will be able to get the game now. We are still not sure when the PC version of the game will be released though; the developer has said that they will not be releasing the expansion until they feel that the highest quality levels have been achieved.

The delay was previously explained by DICE in the following words:

“We are trying to resolve these problems as quickly as possible and hope to release the update in early April for Xbox One and PC. We also want to remind Xbox One and PC owners of Battlefield 4 Premium that they will have two weeks early access for Naval Strike once it’s released. Thanks for your continued patience and passion for our games.”

How many of you have been waiting for Battlefield 4 Naval Strike DLC are you happy that it is finally here?
