Dragon Age: Inquisition Might Witness the Return of Alistair

Grey Warden's romantic partner, Alistair from Dragon Age: Origin might return to Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Fans might witness the return of Dragon Age: Origins’ party member Alistair in Dragon Age: Inquisition.

This is just an educated guess since Alistair’s voice actor Steve Valentine was seen at BioWare Booth. Both Steve Valentine and BioWare have confirmed this via their respective Twitter accounts.

It still remains to be seen whether Valentine will voice Grey Wardens’ companion Alistair or a new character, altogether.

Alistair made his debut in Dragon Age: Origins as a romance partner of Grey Wardens. Other than this, Dragon Age II also witnessed Alistair’s appearance for a brief moment (when you come know that Orlesians have invaded Ferelden).

Since Dragon Age: Inquisition takes place in Orlais, Alistair’s entry should not come as a surprise. It is also possible that Mr. Valentine were there on some business related to Dragon Age: Keep.

Even if we consider the possibility that we would see Alistair in Dragon Age: Inquisition, it might be a small cameo appearance like in Dragon Age II. It is too early to say anything, unless we get any confirmation from Steve Valentine or BioWare.

Although no solid release date has been provided but Dragon Age: Inquisition is expected to launch somewhere at the end of this year for Xbox 360, Xbox One, Playstation 3, Playstation 4, and PC.

Until the game is officially launched, feast your eyes with some jaw-dropping screenshots of the game which showcase the power of Frostbite 3 game engine.
