Battlefield 4 Naval Strike DLC is going to make its way to the Premium Members on consoles tomorrow, but sadly, the PC users will have to wait a little longer than expected. DICE has announced that they have delayed the third Battlefield 4 expansion as far as PC platform in concerned.
The bad news came out through the official Battlelog website where the developer has revealed that there is an issue (they didn’t say issues) that needs correcting before the Battlefield 4 Naval Strike DLC can be released.
That is not it, DICE also announced that they are working on a much larger patch for the PC and it will be released along with the Naval Strike DLC, whenever they decide to release it in the future:
We are delaying the launch of Battlefield 4 Naval Strike on PC. We’ve detected an issue and it needs to be solved. Quality is our number one priority and we will not release Battlefield 4 Naval Strike on PC until we feel it meets the highest quality level possible. We are also working on a larger update to release alongside Battlefield 4 Naval Strike on PC that will address the issue of Tablet Commander not working correctly.
Did you notice the tone when they say they won’t be releasing it until they are sure? Is it just me or does it really sound like we are going to have to wait for a considerable time before it actually releases?
So, does the additional update cheer you up a little bit or the Battlefield 4 Naval Strike DLC delay is more important for you right now?
