Ubisoft has unveiled the release date for its mobile-based stunt racer game, Trials Frontier in a new trailer.
Trials Frontier will be available as a free-to-play title on April 10, 2014 only for iOS based devices. An Android version is also in development but, it will be released at a later date.
The game was announced back at E3 2013 and is the first mobile-based game in the franchise developed by RedLynx.
The in-game footage provided in the trailer above looks absolutely stunning and showcases game’s different locations and gameplay mechanics.
Trials Frontier sticks to the roots of its predecessors which involve collecting various items and performing tricks/stunts on a bike to get a high score.
In addition to this, the game is also said to have a story-driven campaign which is set in a post-apocalyptic world of Trials Fusion.
The game will also include tracking progression, social-media integration, and online leaderboards.
The Press Release of the game reads,
Players will race and perform tricks amongst the ruins of the past, to discover quirky characters, a wild story and parts and blueprints to upgrade, customize and unlock new bikes.
