Assassin’s Creed: Unity Confirmed For PS4, Xbox One, and PC With Alpha Footage Video

Earlier this week, a bunch of screenshots were released for the next iteration in Assassin’s Creed franchise.

Titled as Assassin’s Creed: Unity, the game is set during the French Revolution and a new protagonist named Amo is shown in 18th Century Paris.

Ubisoft’s Official YouTube Channel has confirmed that that the Open-World Action/Adventure title is headed to Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

The official description of the trailer reads,

We have been working on the new Assassin’s Creed for more than three years and although we weren’t quite ready to show you our full vision for a next-gen only AC, it seems Abstergo are trying to force our hand! So here’s a true first look at in-game footage from Assassin’s Creed Unity. Stay tuned — we’ll have many more exciting details for you in the months ahead!

As you have guessed from the trailer, Unity is not coming to Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 but according to a rumor, another AC title named Assassin’s Creed: Comet will be releasing solely for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.

no solid release date has been provided yet but t is expected to launch in Holidays 2014.
