Fans of DICE’s acclaimed shooter have been counting days for the release of Battlefield 4 Naval Strike, the 3rd DLC of the game. In the meanwhile more details are surfacing regarding the contents every day.
Recently, a reddit user shared all the map layouts for Naval Strike.
There are going to be four different maps in the DLC namely, Lost Islands, Nansha Strike, Wave Breaker and Operation Mortar for which the layouts have surfaced.
Other than this, the loading screens of all the four maps were leaked as well. We have listed the grayscale layouts of each one of the maps and their loading screens in the gallery below.
Information regarding the upcoming DLC has been surfacing piece by piece whether it is the official channels that are releasing the details or leaks just like the map layouts at hand.
Previously, the map names were also leaked.
Features that the Battlefield 4: Naval Strike DLC is going to bring includes multiple maps, new weapons and more vehicles. Here’s a rundown on the additions we know of:
- Lost Islands Map
- Nansha Strike Map
- Wave Breaker Map
- Operation Mortar Map
- 5 weapons all-new to Battlefield 4
- Introducing the amphibious hovercraft vehicle
- 3GL (3 grenade launcher) attachment for the Assault class
- Anti-Heli Mine; an aircraft disabling projectile for the Engineer class
So far, DICE has steered clear from disclosing a specific release date for Battlefield 4 Naval Strike DLC, but it is known that the premium users will be able to get their hands on the expansion pack later this month.
