Titanfall Arcade Lets you Play Asteroids, Missile Command and Centipede with Mechs

One of the biggest releases of 2014 and probably the most important game for Xbox One to date, Titanfall is all geared to fall onto the market on the coming Tuesday.

Having followed the game intensively, we are sure this is by far the most heavily marketed next-gen game. Now, Respawn is letting you play classic arcade games with mechs in Titanfall Arcade.

You must have known about Asteroids, Missile Command and Centipede; three of the celebrated games by Atari Inc. Since the games are from 1979, 1980 and 1981 respectively, you might have missed them.

If you did, Titanfall Arcade will let you play them except you will be controlling a titan in all three of them.

The official Twitter profile of Titanfall tweeted an image from Asteroids in order to announce the browser based games saying 8-bit is better with a Titan.

As of now, you can try out Asteroids by visiting the Titanfall Arcade website; the links for Missile Command and Centipede currently show a “coming soon” sign.

Ever since the beta test of the game, EA has been busy in extensive marketing for the game and Titanfall Arcade seems like a good idea to make people talk more about Titanfall.

Titanfall is due for a release on Xbox One on March 11 for North America, March 13 for Europe and Australia and March 14 for United Kingdom and New Zealand.

The Xbox 360 version of the game was delayed slightly so you’ll get it on March 25 in North America and March 28 in Europe.
