The ever growing popularity of the Minecraft may have been a surprise to many, but the simplistic rich gameplay made the game one of the greats. It comes as no surprise that a PlayStation 4 version of Minecraft is currently in development at 4J Studios.
Although the next-gen version will have new high definition graphics, but the developer 4J studio have confirmed that they do not plan to change the game as much, because as the common saying goes “If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.”
Minecraft on the PlayStation 4 will feature extensive multiplayer features allowing players to gather their friends via private servers and enjoy creating whatever comes to their mind, while exploring the vast and rich world of the game.
Fans would also be able to join bigger communities on public servers allowing for the game experience to become even more rich and unique.
The PlayStation 4 version of the game will be similar to what you know about Minecraft but with better textures and graphics. However, no official date for the PS4’s version has been announced though the speculation suggests it will release during the summer of 2014.
