The 3DS and Wii U based social network Miiverse recently received an update that has tweaked certain features. Notably, you will now be able to control both the Wii U and 3DS version of the service in the same way.
A post on the Miiverse page of Nintendo reads:
There has been an update to Miiverse today. This update only affects the Wii U version of Miiverse, bringing it in line with the Nintendo 3DS version.
Following the minor update, two aspects of the Wii U version of Miiverse have been tweaked. First, the button for reloading will no longer be the L button, instead people will use the Y button to reload a page that they are on.
Secondly, a new feature will allow the users to quickly move up and down between several posts using the L and R buttons when they are in the community page.
This is not the first time when the browser based app has received an update that tweaks its usage though this one makes sure that users on both the platforms find it similar to use.
If you are fond of using the Miiverse app through the Wii U Pro Controller, you would like to keep these changes in mind.
