Microsoft is Trying Hard to Fix Wolf Among Us Season Pass Problem

Due to a bug, Xbox 360 users who have already paid for The Wolf Among Us Season Pass are being asked to pay for the Episode 2 separately. Naturally, this is causing an uproar among the players and Microsoft is trying hard to fix it as soon as possible.

A post was made at the Telltale forums addressing the people having issues while downloading the Episode 2 on Xbox 360, and it states that “(they) understand that Microsoft is actively working to resolve the issue,” and that affected players should “reach out to (Microsoft) for additional information.”

Here’s what Microsoft Xbox Live team has put up as a status update:

Xbox members, do you own a “The Wolf Among Us” Season Pass but are being asked to pay for episode 2 “Smoke & Mirrors?” Our team is engaged and hard at work trying to get this fixed. Thanks for your patience while we work. We’ll update you on our progress in 60 minutes.

Microsoft wishes to fix the problem by Friday, i.e. tomorrow, let’s hope they stick to their word.

The Wolf Among Us video game is a prequel to the Fables comic and has been scheduled to be released in five episodes. The first episode was released in October 2013 followed by the second episode on February 4, 2014.
