Developers of widely popular Dynasty Warriors, Omega Force are working on highly anticipated title for PlayStation Vita Toukiden: The Age of Demons which is set to release in Europe on February 14th. However, in the meantime the publishers of the game Tecmo Koei has released a long 10 hour demo.
According to the PlayStation Blog, the demo of the game will cover the whole first chapter and a half of the action packed experience that will follow a team of monster hunters protecting the world from large, cool looking oni.
The demo will give access to all six of the available weapons types, equipment and upgrades, and character customization options.
The game will play like the Monster Hunter before it, it allows up to four players online co-op and the released demo will offer seven of the team based missions. It offers very clear look at how the game will feel.
The demo of the game is indeed very long but one should take note that all the progress you make in the demo will carry over in to the main game. One thing that you will be unable to transfer into the main game is the trophies as they are disabled for the demo and player settings.
The demo will contain just one save slot; on the other hand the main game will have three. Everything else will transfer just fine when the game finally hit the shelves for PlayStation Vita in two weeks. For more information, you can check out the Toukiden: The Age of Demons official website.
