The Elder Scrolls Online to Get Imperial Edition

The Elder Scrolls Online is still a few months away and Bethesda Softworks has not yet announced any collector’s edition officially. However, the game might receive a Deluxe Imperial Edition version.

This is according to an image which was leaked online at Amazon briefly on the Dishonored Game of the Year page. The image shows quite clearly the details of the exclusive edition.

This special Edition of the massively multiplayer online role-playing game will come with a variety of physical and digital goods that appear to be exclusive to the Imperial Edition. These inclusions are:

  • Collector’s edition box and Steelbook packaging
  • Molag Bal statue: a collectible 12-inch statue featuring Molag Bal, Daedric Prince of domination and enslavement
  • Map of Tamriel: a printed map detailing alliance-controlled zone and the ultimate conquest: Cyrodil
  • Emperor’s Guide to Tamriel: a 224-page illustrated guide annotated by the Imperial scholar, Flaccus Terentius

Digital bonuses will include the option to play as an Imperial in any alliance, a white Imperial horse, a mud crab vanity pet and Rings of Mara.

This image however, only points towards the PlayStation 4 version of The Elder Scrolls Online Imperial Edition, so there is no sure way to tell if the edition will make it to Mac, Xbox One and PC. The cost of Imperial Edition is also unknown but the standard edition will be priced at $59.99.

The Elder Scrolls Online is scheduled to release on PC and Mac on April 4th 2014 and the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 version will release in June this year.
