Ubisoft has announced today that the next-gen version of Rayman Legends will launch for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on February 18, 2014 in North America and February 21, 2014 in Europe.
Originally the publisher intended the title to release on February 25, instead of 18 in North America, but has now opted for a one week earlier release.
Purchasing the next-gen version of Rayman Legends on either console will gain you access to exclusive character costumes for Rayman and Globox, such as Sam Fisher’s from Splinter Cell, Vaas’ from Far Cry and Ezio’s from Assassin’s Creed.
The Xbox One version though will boast 10 exclusive new challenges that will unlock time-limited Achievements. While on the other hand the PlayStation 4 version will feature support for Vita’s Remote Play and allow players to use the DualShock 4 touchpad for certain in-game actions.
The next-gen version is said to have enhanced graphics as well, which players would greatly appreciate once they jump into the colorful world.
