Slender: The Arrival Releasing for Consoles This Year

Midnight City, publisher of Slender: The Arrival, has announced the game to be hitting the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in the first quarter of the year.

The game will be available in digital format only and the console version is said to feature two new levels and a “smooth layer of polish.” The two new levels will be available once players have completed the game and it will put them in the shoes of the victims of the Slender Man.

However, PC users shouldn’t fret. Midnight City has confirmed the new content to be brought on the PC as well as part of a free update. This though will happen after the release of the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions.

Slender: The Arrival was first released on PC via Steam on October 28, 2013. The survival horror title stars a real estate agent named Laura who’s helping her friend Kate sell some property. Upon arriving on the grounds though, Laura finds Kate missing. She then sets out to find her, armed with nothing but a camcorder and a flashlight. As it mostly happens in such settings, she finds out more than she had bargained for.
