This February, Triple the Fun with Far Cry Compilation at $39.99

It has been a decade since the first Far Cry game was released by Ubisoft. Naturally, this calls for a celebration so Ubisoft has come up with a Far Cry Compilation at a price of $39.99.

The first Far Cry was released back in 2004 on March 23 and now you will be able to get your hands on Far Cry 2, Far Cry 3 and Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon all for 40 bucks. The offer starts on February 11 for the North American gaming community.

I would have expected to see an HD version of the original Far Cry in the compilation pack. Since it is not there it gets me thinking that maybe Ubisoft is planning to release a standalone HD version of that.

As far as the European community is concerned, Videogamer has reported that a different set of Far Cry games will be released on February 14, 2014. The pack will include Far Cry, Far Cry 2 and Far Cry 3 skipping Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon.

The European pack is called Far Cry: The Wild Expedition and will approximately cost between £20 and £25.

So what is it going to be for you, the war torn Africa of Far Cry 2 or the crumbling and lawless civilization of Far Cry 3?
