Aliens: Isolation Details Appear on Xbox Store – 4 Players Co-op and More
Last night Aliens: Isolation appeared on Xbox.com but it was taken down right after a short time. Today however, the listing came back online, giving a clear look at the game.
Creative Assembly’s currently in development game is called Alien: Isolation. The listing gives us the idea of the game’s plot and reveals some of its features.
“Discover the true meaning of fear in Alien: Isolation, a survival horror set in an atmosphere of constant dread and mortal danger,” the game’s plot synopsis revealed. “Fifteen years after the events of Alien, Ellen Ripley’s daughter, Amanda enters a desperate battle for survival, on a mission to unravel the truth behind her mother’s disappearance.
As Amanda, you will navigate through an increasingly volatile world as you find yourself confronted on all sides by a panicked, desperate population and an unpredictable, ruthless Alien. Underpowered and underprepared, you must scavenge resources, improvise solutions and use your wits, not just to succeed in your mission, but to simply stay alive.
The listing also confirms that the game will feature single player and four players co-op, but there are no further details on the subject.
Creative Assembly first announced that they were working on an Alien game way back in 2011, but they have remained silent on the subject since then. A series of leaks in the last year confirmed that there was indeed work done on the game. Now the game is listed on xbox.com with five new screenshots.
With all this information, we can expect an official announcement of the game very soon.
