Hearthstone Patch Nerfs Mage, Balances Spells and Brings Bug Fixes

The latest patch for card collecting game; Hearthstone, has addressed several issues, including the ability to re-enter the Arena in case the client decides to close before players could collect their awards.

Moreover, the developer has finally paid heed to the woes of people playing against Mage as several changes has been addressed to its spells.

We understand that the Freeze mechanic can be frustrating to play against, and we wanted to make changes that would allow the Mage’s opponent some additional time to be aggressive with their minions and well as slow the overall pacing of the control-based Mage play style.

The changes that have been brought to spells include mana cost increase by 1 for Blizzard, Cone of Cold, and Frost Nova. In addition to this, dust from disenchanting Blizzard and Cone of Cold has been increased, which is equal to amount to create these cards.

Certain Expert cards have been changed and the amount of dust that you get from disenchanting these cards have been temporarily increased such that it is equal to the amount of dust that it would have originally cost to craft those cards.

Also note that game is currently undergoing the Beta Phase and some more changes are expected roll-in before the final make.
