We only received (and loved) Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag recently but it seems neither the community nor Ubisoft wants to hold down on thoughts about Assassin’s Creed 5.
Ubisoft’s creative director has been talking and what he let out was that the upcoming DLC for the current game will have hints regarding the next Assassin’s Creed game.
Wesley Pincombe, the creative director at Ubisoft was talking to Eurogamer about Assassin’s Creed 4 Freedom Cry, the second DLC for the game when he shared that along with new locations and characters the DLC will come bearing Assassin’s Creed 5 hints for those who can look through it.
“There are some [hints], but our fans will only discover them in the future,” Pincombe ribbed. “They’re in your face, but you’d have to be a hardcore fan to understand them.”
Moreover, the Freedom Cry DLC will take you to a new setting with new crowd life. There will be new enemies and new AI in Port-au-Prince, a French colony. Now we all know that there are no French colonies in Black Flag so that is going to be a new angle.
Previously, we reported about a questionnaire that was shared by Ubisoft asking what would the players want to see in Assassin’s Creed 5. This tells us that they are really putting peddle to the metal here for the next game – fingers crossed.
What do you think the Assassin’s Creed 5 will be about?
