Electronic Arts is feeling generous, their Humble Origin Bundle has net $10.5 million and they have announced that they have donated a hefty sum of $1.65 to American Cancer Society – their part of the earnings.
The news was announced by Peter Moore the COO of EA through his official twitter account while congratulating the EA team on the success of the Humble Origin Bundle.

Back in August, when the Humble Origin Bundle was started by EA, Origin and Humble had said that all the earnings of EA and Origin will go to charitable organizations including the Human Rights Campaign; Watsi; the San Francisco AIDS Foundation; the American Red Cross; or the American Cancer Society.
It is very nice to see big companies valuing charity so much and even better to see them keep their promise. This rounds up EA’s part in the charity and the bundle and we would certainly like to see what happens of Origins takings from it.
Humble Team always divides up the earnings in three portions namely, the publisher’s share, the Humble Team’s share and the charity.
