Nintendo of America has outlined its 3DS and Wii U offers for Thanksgiving 2013, which takes place in just three days.
The new Cobalt Blue 3DS arrives on November 28, bundled with a copy of Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon that will be pre-installed on the handheld. It will be available for a price of $169.99.
Additionally both Walmart and Target will be hosting their own retailer-specific deals; with Warlmart offering a 2DS for just $99.99 on November 28 and Target offering a 3DS XL for $149.99 the very next day.
As for the Wii U, a special bundle has been confirmed which will feature the console being bundled with a copy of Nintendo Land and a Luigi Wii RemotePlus. This bundle will hit retail on December 2 for the price of $59.99.
“This year, there is a dizzying amount of affordable Nintendo options for any holiday shopper looking to stock up on fun gifts for family and friends,” said Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America’s executive vice president of Sales & Marketing. “And if there is ever a question of why shoppers should choose Wii U and Nintendo 3DS this holiday season, the answer is simple: Because it’s Nintendo.”
Nintendo has promised that the deals just don’t stop there and there will be various weekly eShop offers, starting with Mario being the theme this week.
